  • 2-5 years of experience in field marketing, event planning, or a similar role; preferably at a startup.
  • Ability to work from the Mountain View office at least 3 times per week.
  • Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with StarTree’s overall marketing and sales strategies.
  • Monitor lead flow to ensure timely follow-up on field marketing activities.
  • Manage, attend and oversee relevant trade shows and events.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Efficiently manage the field marketing budget.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through field marketing activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
