Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR/People experience, including 5 years in senior executive roles.
  • Experience leading People operations overseeing all functions.
  • Expertise in line of business leadership, providing a deep understanding of internal customer needs, including providing guidance to senior leadership and the Board of Directors on people-related matters.
  • Strong understanding of comprehensive talent management strategy, particularly in the areas of succession planning and talent mapping.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage people analytics and metrics to drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead change with resilience and adaptability.
Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth to drive organizational success.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement innovative people strategies aligned with MLT's goals and objectives.
  • Talent and Change Management: Drive proactive culture development and stewardship, champion change management, and implement a comprehensive Talent Management strategy.
  • People Operations: Oversee all People functions including Total Rewards, HRIS/Data & Analytics, Compliance, and Policy Development.
