  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on CPQ.
  • Expertise in Quote to Cash.
  • Experience with Apex coding best practices, Visualforce, and the Lightning Web Component Framework.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience working with GTM teams and familiarity with their typical work processes and challenges.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to less-technical people.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with CLM/Ironclad is a plus.
  • Work closely with teammates on the GTM Systems team.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to other team members.
  • Collaborate with other teams including GTM Operations, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, Finance, and Business Technology.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to products, pricing, quoting, order processing, inventory, and contract management processes.
  • Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Translate business requirements into well-designed solutions that best leverage Salesforce and CPQ capabilities.
  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce and CPQ solutions to meet business needs, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote templates.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
  • Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
  • Provide ongoing management of CPQ, addressing escalated user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement enhancements.
