Responsibilities
  • Adding/Maintaining and Updating technical data on the Lift Components Website.
  • Dealing with technical enquiries from external customers.
  • Providing Technical guidance as required for Lift Components Administrators.
  • Ad hoc support to Lift Component Administrators as required – which could include leaver and starter support.
  • Adhering to company health and safety policy.
  • Identifying parts using in house computer systems and acquired knowledge.
  • Identify obsolete parts and supply alternative means to rectify the problem.
  • Source parts and costs from external vendors.
  • Assist in the retrieval of archive material.
  • Identify alternative suppliers if need arises.
