Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, technology consulting, or related roles, with proven success leading AI initiatives from strategy through measurable deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas: agentic systems, advanced reasoning techniques, multimodal or physical artificial intelligence, or enterprise-scale artificial intelligence governance.
  • Strong artificial intelligence and machine learning fluency, including the ability to evaluate architectures, assess research, and challenge technical assumptions without writing production code.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, architectures such as transformers and reinforcement learning with verifiable rewards, tools, and trends; production-model coding is not required.
  • Exceptional ability in gap analysis, competitive intelligence, roadmap prioritization, and building data-driven business cases.
  • Proven ability to influence executives, facilitate cross-functional teams, and present complex ideas clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Deep knowledge of artificial intelligence safety, interpretability, bias mitigation, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Ability to operate with curiosity, adaptability, systems orientation, and results focus in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain a multi-year artificial intelligence roadmap aligned with business goals across consumer electronics, business-to-business services, health technology, and internal operations.
  • Identify high-value use cases across functions, including agentic orchestration and automation workflows, embodied or physical artificial intelligence, efficient small models, inference-time scaling, and advanced reasoning for decision support, and make evidence-based recommendations on what to pursue, defer, or ignore.
  • Build business cases for high-return-on-investment artificial intelligence initiatives by identifying opportunities, quantifying value, defining success metrics, and securing executive sponsorship.
  • Translate strategy into action by working with product, engineering, and data science teams to integrate artificial intelligence into core workflows and products.
  • Conduct structured pilots and proof-of-concepts; define go/no-go criteria and paths from proof-of-concept to enterprise deployment.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with external artificial intelligence vendors, platforms, and research partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for relevance and feasibility while monitoring artificial intelligence research and market developments.
  • Develop governance frameworks that enable rapid progress while mitigating unacceptable safety, legal, and reputational risks.
  • Champion responsible artificial intelligence practices, including bias mitigation, interpretability, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and environmental sustainability.
  • Translate complex artificial intelligence concepts for non-technical executives and business priorities for technical teams.
  • Mentor internal teams, facilitate workshops, and help establish a culture of artificial intelligence adoption by translating technical concepts into actionable business language.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on prototyping experience.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence evaluation frameworks, synthetic data, context engineering, or physical artificial intelligence and robotics integration.
  • A background in top-tier consulting, such as McKinsey, BCG, or Accenture, or experience scaling artificial intelligence at a technology-focused company.
  • Familiarity with the product ecosystem of Samsung Electronics.
