As the Head of Strategy, you will oversee the development of transformative strategic frameworks, championing the mission to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate across every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience at a communications or advertising agency, demonstrating adaptability and breadth.
- Proven experience developing social-first strategies that drive engagement, influence behavior, and deliver results across the funnel.
- A track record of breaking conventions, embracing atypical approaches, and solving problems in unconventional ways.
- Hands-on experience with one-to-one communication strategies is a plus, reflecting a nuanced understanding of audience personalization.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex problems into actionable insights and strategic frameworks.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging clients and internal teams at all levels.
