Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a full-service hotel or upscale restaurant environment is required.
  • Experience overseeing multiple outlets or revenue centers simultaneously is required.
  • Experience leading teams, scheduling, managing inventory, and controlling costs is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in the Micros point-of-sale system is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations and operational excellence of the Restaurant, Gift Shop/Coffee Shop, M Club Lounge, and In-Room Dining outlets.
  • Plan and manage work schedules across all outlets to align with hotel occupancy, demand forecasts, and budget targets.
  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings and pre-shift briefings covering covers, VIP arrivals, menu changes, and service priorities.
  • Monitor outlet areas throughout each shift and take corrective action to maintain service, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
  • Participate in the Manager on Duty coverage program as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local, state, and federal regulations, including sanitation and food safety standards.
  • Conduct inventory counts, maintain par stock levels, and submit purchase requisitions for food, beverage, liquor, supplies, and gift shop merchandise.
  • Manage outlet budgets, implement cost-saving measures, and achieve labor and cost-of-goods targets.
  • Process and communicate invoices, purchase orders, and closing reports to Finance and Accounting.
  • Evaluate operational cost effectiveness and develop profit-enhancement strategies.
  • Collaborate on creative, seasonal, and market-driven menu development and rollout across all outlets.
  • Lead the creation of beverage menus, including craft cocktails, wine pairings, and specialty offerings.
  • Design and implement rotating Happy Hour programs and daily specials to drive revenue.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on menu items based on guest satisfaction data, sales trends, and team input.
  • Communicate with the culinary team regarding food quality, preparation, presentation, and execution standards.
  • Verify temperatures, evaluate taste and visual presentation, and maintain consistent product standards.
  • Participate in daily and weekly menu reviews with the kitchen team and advocate for guest-driven menu refinements.
  • Address food quality issues, document outcomes, and implement corrective measures.
  • Engage with guests throughout all outlets to ensure satisfaction and deliver personalized service.
  • Perform table touches to gather feedback and resolve concerns before guest departure.
  • Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints.
  • Implement guest-experience initiatives aligned with market expectations and brand standards.
  • Follow Marriott Services Requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk team on In-Room Dining orders, food-and-beverage vouchers, amenity deliveries, group events, and reservation management.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Accounting on invoice processing, purchase-order approvals, budget reconciliation, and period-end closing procedures.
  • Communicate with Sales, Catering, and Event teams regarding food-and-beverage needs for hotel functions and special events.
  • Promote cross-selling of hotel outlets and amenities.
  • Interview, select, onboard, train, schedule, counsel, and develop outlet team members.
  • Conduct team and departmental meetings to align staff and maintain morale and service consistency.
  • Conduct coaching, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline in accordance with hotel human-resources policies.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace focused on respect, professionalism, and teamwork.
  • Enforce uniform and grooming standards.
  • Work across morning, evening, and mid-shift rotations based on hotel business demands.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior hotel restaurant management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
  • TABC or equivalent alcohol service certification is preferred, or it must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification is preferred.

Pyramid Global Hospitality has appointed several senior leaders to strengthen its expertise across finance, operations, luxury hospitality, and food and beverage. The US-based hospitality management company, which operates over 200 properties across the US, Caribbean, and Europe, named Chris Dunne as chief financial officer. Dunne brings three decades of experience from roles at Atrium Hospitality and IHG Hotels & Resorts. Jenny Zhang joined as corporate vice president of luxury operations, bringing international experience from The Ascott Limited. Thomas Pavlik and Chad Heilesen were promoted to vice presidents of operations for the Benchmark Resorts & Hotels portfolio. Bill McKinney was appointed corporate director of food and beverage, having previously led operations for over 45 hotels in IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio.

July 1, 2026 BOSTON, Massachusetts - Pyramid Global Hospitality announced that Naples Bay Resort & Marina in Naples, Florida, has joined its independent collection, Benchmark Resorts & Hotels. Beginning today, Pyramid Global Hospitality will oversee the day-to-day operations of Naples Bay's 85 guestrooms and suites, as well as its residential-style cottages; a 97-slip full-service marina; 31,000 square feet of retail space; three food and beverage venues; nearly 15,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space; and the private Naples Bay Club that includes three pools, a lazy river, an adult-only swim and relaxation area, a full-service spa, a 2,500 square-foot fitness center, a TopGolf Swing Suite, and a six-court tennis center. "Naples Bay Resort & Marina is a great example of a property benefiting from committed associates and a tailored operational approach," said Warren Fields, Pyramid Global Hospitality's chief executive officer. June 11, 2026 WISCONSIN DELLS, WIS. - Pyramid Global Hospitality has opened Dellshire Resort, a 208-room property in Wisconsin Dells within south central Wisconsin. The hotel marks the area's first new-build resort in more than two decades, according to Pyramid. The medieval-themed property features guestrooms and suites as well as Serpent's Bay, an indoor-outdoor aquatic complex with five pool and splash experiences, including an adults-only swim-up bar. The tavern-style Blade & Barrel anchors the five food-and-beverage outlets. Hero's Hall features arcade games and a private party room, while dedicated meeting and event facilities are available for groups and corporate retreats. A 70-foot-long fire-breathing dragon named Golspar welcomes guests at the entrance. Las Vegas-based metal sculptor Kevin Stone created the nearly 17,000-pound structure. The two-story entrance to the property is framed by cathedral-style windows. A compass is inlaid into the lobby floor, and shields are displayed across the stone walls to pay homage to the characters of the Legends of Dellshire Mixed Reality Adventure, the resort's signature attraction. Dellshire Resort is part of Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, a collection of independent resorts and hotels by Pyramid. Rooms start at $200 per night.
