Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline (Industrial engineering preferred)
  • At least 6 years experience in distribution/warehouse environment; 12+ years overall
  • At least 6 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people as they work
Responsibilities
  • Continuously improvement our processes through step change process improvements
  • Help grow and develop engineering team members to create future leaders including our OMDPs
  • Maintain our Labor Management System (LMS) and associated labor standards
  • Help define the strategic roadmap of engineering and operations to improve safety, quality, service, cost, and people metrics
  • Ensure the engineering department meets their financial commitments on capital projects and organize overall portfolio of works
