Requirements
  • 7+ years of analytics experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong technical foundation in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis
  • Experience building and leading analytics teams
  • Track record of driving business impact through data-driven insights
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
Responsibilities
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team
  • Define and implement data strategy, governance, and best practices
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify and prioritize key business questions
  • Drive the selection and implementation of new analytics tools and infrastructure
  • Lead complex analyses of marketplace dynamics, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges
  • Develop and maintain critical business metrics and dashboards
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across the organization
  • Drive the evolution of our analytics tech stack and data architecture
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on data infrastructure and tooling
  • Support Operations teams with insights and recommendations for marketplace optimization
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting and business planning
  • Present insights and recommendations to the Board and executive team
