Who we are:
PolyAI builds enterprise voice assistants that carry on natural conversations with customers to solve their problems. Our voice assistants understand customers, regardless of what they say or how they say it. We serve enterprises where customer conversation is an important part of doing business. Our customers include some of the leading names in banking, hospitality, insurance, retail, and telecommunications.
Our enterprise clients deploy PolyAI voice assistants to cut down on wait times and free up live staff to focus on calls requiring empathy and judgment. As a result, our enterprise clients see improved customer satisfaction, employee retention and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO, inbound, and paid strategies are well-supported and effective

- Maintain a healthy supply of campaigns (events, landing pages, atomized content, etc.) to drive maximum reach alongside our Business Development team
- Surface insights and outcomes from demand generation to help drive improvements across the marketing organization
- Evaluate, select, and manage agency relationships to support campaign throughput
- Ensure that new territories outside of the UK and the US (broader EMEA, Nordics, etc.) are supported by the demand generation function
- Maintain appropriate spend allowable and budget tracking
- Select and maintain the appropriate marketing technology stack to support current and future pipeline growth
