Mantle3D specializes in advanced metal 3D printing technology to produce high-hardness steel tools used for manufacturing precision parts. Their products are essential for creating molds and dies, which are vital in producing various plastic and metal components across multiple industries. Mantle3D's technology allows for the creation of precision metal parts with tolerances and surface finishes comparable to traditional CNC machining, but with much shorter lead times and less need for post-processing. What sets Mantle3D apart from its competitors is its unique combination of conventional manufacturing techniques and 3D printing. This integration allows for flexible designs and optimized cooling systems, enabling the production of more parts per hour, which enhances cost efficiency and product quality. The company's goal is to help manufacturers streamline their production processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality, ultimately fostering innovation in the tooling industry.
