Requirements
  • A four-year college degree or equivalent combination of skills, training, and experience.
  • One to two years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build presentations with clear structure, logical progression, and independently understandable slides.
  • Ability to organize scattered ideas into a clear, coherent outline.
  • Strong writing skills and judgment about effective headlines.
  • Serious attention to detail, including accuracy of text, formatting, and statistics.
  • Resourcefulness in solving problems by researching prior materials, seeking assistance, or learning tools independently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, receive feedback, ask questions early, and avoid making unsupported assumptions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and multiple simultaneous requests.
  • Strong Google Slides skills, plus PowerPoint and the rest of G Suite.
  • Basic design instincts.
  • Curiosity about media, advertising, and the business operations behind content.
  • Passion for Morning Brew Inc.'s editorial brands and mission.
Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain the library of sales decks, keeping audience data, case studies, franchise details, and creative examples accurate and current.
  • Turn brainstorm notes, research reports, and editorial input into finished slides.
  • Support new franchise, product, and sponsorship launches by assembling launch decks, one-sheets, and internal sales communications.
  • Manage incoming requests from the sales team, track the queue, and complete work quickly and accurately.
  • Keep asset repositories organized and easy to navigate.
  • Pull research on audience insights, category trends, and competitive context, and identify the source of each figure.
  • Participate as a contributor in brainstorms and cross-functional meetings.
  • Work with Editorial, Insights and Analytics, Creative Strategy, Events, and Pricing partners to gather project requirements.
  • Help bring creator, social, and multimedia offerings to market by representing each franchise authentically and in a sellable way.
  • Own smaller projects end to end, from first draft through delivery to sellers, including presenting the work to the sales team and enabling them to use it.
  • Support larger GTM strategic initiatives involving packaging, pricing, and planning.
