Requirements
  • 6+ years' of experience as an IT Professional directly responsible for customer experience providing support for multiple technologies and/or services, preferably in a managed services environment
  • Understanding of wide range of IT infrastructure technologies, including cloud
  • Ability to coordinate and oversee all operational activities within the accounts you support
  • Strong experience in project resource coordination, presentations, and communication skills.
  • Leadership in major incident processes and provide client specific guidance to the incident resolution team
Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of all of Long View’s onsite end user support personnel
  • Manage and coordinate with Long View’s offsite desk side resources and offsite shared services
  • Ensure resources have a solid understanding of client’s culture, policies, practices and guidelines
  • Track each service provided by the client services team
  • Communicate status of incidents, plans for resolving incidents and completed incident reports
  • Offer expertise and insight into best practices that client may incorporate into the delivery of client services
  • Make recommendations on metrics that may be used to measure performance of services being delivered
  • Manage the processes, tools, best practices, and measurements utilized in delivery of Services
  • Provide monthly reporting to your client on agreed upon performance criteria
