Requirements
  • A college or university diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience is required.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification (CSA) is required.
  • Technical experience with the ServiceNow platform, including participation in upgrades and application of patches, is required.
  • Experience implementing the platform through new installations is required.
  • Expertise with ServiceNow platform modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), GRC, SecOps, IRM, and CSM, is required.
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies, DevOps, and continuous integration, deployment, and delivery is required.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow-based solutions.
  • Design and develop custom applications, modules, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and participate in routine system maintenance, including upgrades and patches.
  • Help resolve issues related to ServiceNow development, configuration, and performance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, implementation plans, and user guides.
  • Provide technical support and advice to team members and stakeholders.
  • Design dashboards and reports.
  • Assist with user training as needed.
