Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
  • Completion of an accredited residency program in urology.
  • Eligible for or able to obtain a Vermont medical license.
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills.
  • Excellent communication and patient care abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and manage conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
  • Perform urologic surgical procedures and minimally invasive treatments as appropriate.
  • Conduct patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and laboratory results.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Provide patient education regarding treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
