Requirements
  • Experience as a pre-sales consultant / architect within the enterprise infrastructure software industry and a minimum of 3 years pre-sales management experience
  • Strong, rational thinker with demonstrated command of value based sales models
  • Effective in customer facing/live engagements
  • Effective interpersonal skills to create senior and executive relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Proven record of strategizing on large, complex sales

Responsibilities
  • Directly manage a team by identifying, communicating, and discussing team goals and objectives
  • Provide strategic product/service advice and technical guidance to sales representatives, partners, and prospects
  • Manage, motivate, hire, develop and engage the Tealium SC team
  • Contribute field knowledge and feedback to direct future product requirements/enhancements, and associated input on prioritisation based on real world experience with Tealium customers and prospects
  • Enhance pre-sales demonstration environments and materials
  • Engage with sales and colleagues in ongoing knowledge sharing and subject matter growth
  • Drive strategic growth and demonstrate thought leadership throughout the team
  • Facilitate the free flow of ideas within the team
  • Mentor team members to encourage career development and foster skillset adaptation
  • Serve as a senior technical resource for customer related issues, assisting with advanced customer applications
  • Document team processes, work results, and manage all corporate processes associated with operational aspects of the SC team management
  • Review quotes, RFIs, and Security Assessments
  • Oversee all customer engagements in the regions under management, facilitate the delivery excellence of the SCs for each Opportunity and support associated Sales teams
