  • MBA from premier college in the area of operations management
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience with minimum 4-5 years of industry experience in the area of Supply Chain Management and 5-6 years of experience in consulting engagements
  • Must have carried at least two SCM consulting engagements
  • Well versed with traditional SCM concepts like Just-in-Time and Theory of Constraints and newer facets such as Lean and Green Supply Chain Management, Demand-Driven Supply Chain Management
  • In-depth knowledge of all Supply Chain Planning and execution processes across multiple industries and geographies
  • In-depth knowledge of methodologies, processes and templates for supply chain diagnostics such as Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR)
  • In-depth knowledge of industry benchmarking of multiple parameters for assessing Supply Chain efficiencies
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical abilities and presentation skills
