Requirements
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience from public accounting and/or public multinational high-tech companies, Big 4 experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience and understanding of Accounting Standard Codification (ASC) 606 - Revenue from Contracts with Customers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • CPA (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of US GAAP accounting principles with a strong knowledge in revenue recognition principles
  • Ability to work with senior management and influence decision making
  • Excellent project management, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, analytical, organized and thorough with the desire for continuous improvement
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce
  • Passion for cloud technologies
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Legal, Deal Desk, Sales Ops, Rev Ops and Sales Reps and serve as the accounting focal point on revenue recognition, pricing, and contract structuring
  • Review revenue contracts to ensure revenue recognition compliance
  • Perform technical accounting analysis on complex accounting issues and provide accounting consultation advice to business partners
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly close processes and supporting operational teams with accounting matters as the subject matter expert, including other ad hoc projects as needed
  • Perform pricing assessments and work with business partners to support pricing initiatives
