Requirements

  • 10+ years experience of sales leadership with a successful track record in complex enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience delivering compelling business cases to C-suite executives and maintain the poise necessary to help AEs sign deals with them
  • Intrinsically motivated to exceed goals, with proven track record of exceeding sales and quotas. You don't get intimidated, but rather get excited by ambitious goals
  • Obsessed with helping AEs close deals, bring new customers to Fieldguide and sell our vision
  • Undeniable executive presence with acute attention to what to say, and perhaps more importantly, how to say it. You have excellent speaking and presentation skills and a unique savviness for networking in complex business situations
  • Sales process and infrastructure experience, including building out reporting
  • Deep industry knowledge of assurance and advisory services, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity or regulatory standards
  • Must have been a part of President's Club/ Winner's Circle/ Achievers Club/ Platinum Club/Other
Responsibilities
  • Work with CEO to design and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Manage a high performing team of Sales leaders, Account Executives, and BDRs, ensuring they are trained, supported and motivated to exceed quotas
  • Ensure Account Executives maintain a full pipeline and coach them to achieve success in our complex sales cycle
  • Develop and hone weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for team usage and executive use, presenting when needed
  • Draft and implement sales training program for new hires
  • Recruit, hire and train new high performing sales employees
  • Stay abreast of local and national market trends in our space and use that information strategically
  • Attend industry conferences making connections with prospects
  • Be the subject matter expert on our product and understand our ideal customer profile
  • Strategize an annual Sales Plan and provide quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan
