About the job:

As Engineering Manager you will serve as Technical Lead Manager where you are hands-on and involved in designing and implementing greenfield projects with your team.

Key responsibilities include:

End to end ownership of team deliverables and objectives
Set technical strategy and engineering best practices in collaboration with senior engineers
Provide active career development and technical guidance to engineers
Hiring, team building, and performance management
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful project management

About you:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related field
You’re a passionate engineering leader, with at least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams of 6-10+ software engineers
You are hands on leader who writes code, conducts code reviews, and is involved in architectural design and strategy work
You communicate effectively and have a proven track record of effective hiring and team building
You thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments
You’re an empathetic leader who builds strong teams

Salary Range:

$196,000 to $254,590 Annually

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
