Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing online communities, preferably in the blockchain space
  • Experience with content creation, including writing and graphic design
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine and social network ranking factors, web syndication, and news media processes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 3+ years of experience in community management, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing online communities
  • Experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
  • Experience with crypto/web3 communities (does not need to be formal experience: can be through DAO or governance participation, informal Discord moderation, or just creation of memes!)
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community and marketing strategy that prioritizes distribution channels and drives engagement and adoption
  • Build and manage online communities across various social media platforms, including Telegram, Discord, Discourse, and Twitter
  • Engage with users on social media platforms, respond to questions and feedback, and foster a positive community culture
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for acquisition and conversion rate
  • Create and manage content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and/or podcast
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the success of community and marketing initiatives
