Training Operations Manager

Amentum is seeking a Training Operations Manager to join a program providing support to the Department of Energy’s National Training Center (NTC) in Albuquerque, NM. This program develops and delivers a broad range of Nuclear Safety and Safeguards & Security training designed to support Department of Energy federal and contracting professionals.

Essential Duties:

• Supervises the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the Strategic Partnership Program. Manages NTC and DTI certifications programs (i.e., instructor, site, TAP, and reciprocity). Manages the NTC registration and LMS administration functions.  
• Manages and coordinates the NTC Site Certification Program, Instructor and Course Developer Certification Program, and Training Approval Program.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a U.S Government DOE Q security clearance.
• Bachelors Degree with 10-12 years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 8-10 years of experience, OR PhD with 5-7 years of experience
• DOE experience is desired.
