We seek an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our company’s growth through proactive lead generation.
Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint and pursue potential leads, utilizing insights into market trends, industry news, and the competitive landscape
Proactively identify and engage potential customers, generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach across various channels.
Employ advanced prospecting tools and techniques to collect data on potential clients, aligning our Rollups value prop to their business needs and challenges.
Develop tailored outreach strategies by gaining a thorough understanding of each prospect’s business context and meticulously documenting interactions and findings in our CRM for strategic follow-up.
Efficiently manage and track lead engagement and progression using CRM tools, ensuring a systematic approach to lead generation and relationship building.
Achieve and surpass targets related to lead generation and the setting of sales appointments.
Continually refine and optimize lead generation strategies and processes.
Stay abreast of Rollups offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an SDR (preference for candidates with a background in hardware/technical SaaS and/or hardware/industrials sales)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
