- 3+ years of experience as Technical Marketing Engineer
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of networking protocols and architectures
- Create user-facing documentation
- Product documentation, including Release Notes
- Technical white papers and presentations
- Troubleshooting Documentation
- Work with a cross-functional team of sales, product, and engineering as well as customers to define integrations with third-party solutions and build a prototype using REST APIs
- Respond to customer or field technical inquiries. Assist with Technical RFP/RFIs (Request For Proposal/Information)
- Create and maintain product-demo content with a goal of enabling sales and supporting marketing
- Demo videos, demos for blogs
- Demos of product integrations
- Customer-specific demos
- Support product launch activities and assist with trade shows, conferences, and technical sales training activities
- Build and maintain market and competitive analysis collaterals
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar relevant field
- Good knowledge of Security protocols and architectures
- Experience in startups
