Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in academic administration or instructional capacity is required, preferably at a post-secondary educational institution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to convey information clearly and effectively to students.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently using effective time management is required.
  • A customer-centered approach is required to ensure student expectations are exceeded.
  • Successful experience de-escalating situations with a strong focus on conflict resolution is required.
  • The ability to maintain ethical principles and professional standards in all actions and decisions is required.
  • Alignment with institutional core values such as accountability, integrity, growth, service, and communication is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required for report generation, email communication, and spreadsheet management.
  • The ability to work independently and make consistent decisions based on precedent, policy, and guidelines is required.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Punctuality and reliability are required, along with the ability to work both day and evening hours to support all students in all programs.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all programs exceed the applicable minimum accreditation completion benchmark annually.
  • Ensure applicable programs exceed the minimum annual licensure exam pass-rate requirement, with 90% of graduates successfully passing exams.
  • Conduct Welcome to Milan Pre-Start Orientation according to company guidelines.
  • Conduct new student orientation for Allied Health, Cosmetology, and Barber programs.
  • Partner with Career Services regarding student issues or concerns before and during externship, maintaining Education’s responsibility for students through externship.
  • Ensure classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and breakrooms are clean and customer-friendly.
  • Resolve student requests and concerns within 24–48 hours.
  • Consistently update the Complaint Log according to company guidelines.
  • Guide and oversee the Gold Team according to policy guidelines.
  • Assist students with requesting a Leave of Absence when no other options are available, and submit completed documentation to the campus Dean of Faculty or Director.
  • Process session changes, submit documentation to staff, and communicate with faculty regarding changes.
  • Assist students with withdrawal from the program when no other options are available.
  • Train with the Compliance Team and Registrar Team to follow key policies and procedures.
  • Participate in and contribute to campus staff and management meetings.
  • Participate in and contribute to campus Retention Meetings, then follow up with students to ensure they focus on meeting Student Satisfactory Progress expectations.
  • Partner with the Campus Director to execute the applicable annual Occupational Advisory Committee and Institutional Advisory Committee or NACCAS Advisory Board meetings.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly Exam Pass Rate Results Spreadsheet according to the required distribution schedule.
  • Consistently execute Compliance and Education policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update the Community Resources Binder to provide immediate suggestions and support to students.
  • Cooperate with all departments to ensure transparency and effective communication.
  • Update and post the Complaint Log at least quarterly.
