  • Experience closing as an Account Executive or Account Manager in a SaaS technology company

Responsibilities
  • Drive consistent and predictable revenue growth and retention within the existing SMB/Mid-Market account base
  • Nurture and expand the company’s relationship within customer accounts through strategic account plans and a tight partnership with Customer Success
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecasts through Salesforce
  • Drive deep discovery focused on solving customer problems and delivering value
  • Run customer presentations, illustrating strong product knowledge and business acumen
  • Engage and nurture executive sponsors with value driven communications
  • Maintain a strong level of proficiency in all products, including persona and product positioning; capabilities, benefits and value
  • Build effective, value based territory plans to ensure gross retention and expansion quota achievement

  • You have worked in a startup before and loved it
  • You have experience with MEDDIC, Challenger Sales, and GAP Selling
  • You bring experience working with engineering teams and are familiar with the tools they use
  • You have experience with Customer Success tools like Gainsight
