Requirements
  • Proven experience in campaign administration, field operations, or a similar role within political campaigns or nonprofit sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand and diagnose issues impacting campaign performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to quickly build relationships within established teams and work together effectively.
  • Flexibility and willingness to meet changing needs and help wherever needed.

  • Attention to detail and familiarity with field-office analytics and administrative systems.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly at various locations, providing hands-on support and guidance to the Lead Director and canvassing teams.
  • Drive administrative processes in the office and assist with other directors' responsibilities and needs as required.
  • Quickly integrate with various teams and learn new systems while maintaining organization and reporting.
  • Manage administrative duties, including data reporting, record keeping, payroll processing, and materials distribution.
  • Collaborate with local teams to foster a proactive, solution-oriented environment, ensuring staff are aligned with campaign goals and equipped to meet daily targets.
  • Prepare reports and provide feedback to senior management on campaign progress and problem-solving efforts.
  • Build and maintain a team culture centered on diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
  • Treat staff with empathy and respect, and ensure managers do the same.

The Outreach Team is a field-organizing company that runs canvassing, voter-contact, petition, and community-engagement campaigns. It recruits and trains local teams to conduct door-to-door, event, phone, text, and polling-place outreach.
