Requirements
  • Psychologist with full or provisional Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency registration.
  • Experience in workers’ compensation, injury management, or rehabilitation, or a strong interest in developing expertise.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Ability to obtain a national police check.
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapeutic, assessment, and workplace-focused psychological services across a varied caseload.
  • Provide therapy and counselling to adults, adolescents, children, and couples across Employee Assistance Program, private, and Medicare-rebated services.
  • Provide workplace support and critical incident response, including in-the-moment care for organisations and their people.
  • Support clients with trauma, adjustment, pain, and recovery following injury through injury and compensation work.
  • Conduct psychological assessments to inform treatment and workplace outcomes.
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation consultants and allied health professionals.
  • Develop and deliver tailored projects and programs addressing organisational and client needs.

  • An interest in working with young people, particularly those aged 12 and under.
