  • Education & Experience
  • + Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • + 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, recruitment, or related HR functions.
  • + Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms is considered a strong asset.
  • + Previous experience working in a bilingual (English/French) environment with translation responsibilities is required.

  • + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with HR databases and reporting tools.
  • + Strong knowledge of recruitment and sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and talent acquisition tools.
  • + Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and provide insights for decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • **Onboarding & Employee Experience**
  • * Extend and follow up on all job offers and employment contracts.
  • * Send new hires details about the company and what to expect (e.g., policies, parking, schedules, dress codes).
  • * Welcome new hires with onboarding packages and introduce them to team members virtually.
  • * Ensure compliance with the 30-60-90 day plan for all employees and contractors.
  • * Help new hires get acquainted with their new environment by acting as a resource and answering policy questions.
  • * Provide new hires with information about their benefits package (medical, dental, vision).
  • * Contact existing field employees to connect on a human level and assess well-being, job satisfaction, and support.
  • **Offboarding & Employee Relations**
  • * Complete all offboarding forms for employees and independent contractors.
  • * Conduct exit interviews, generate reports, and identify trends from feedback.
  • * Support employee well-being by fostering ongoing communication between field employees, their managers, and Brand Momentum.
  • **HR Administration & Compliance**
  • * Update employee information in HR databases and systems.
  • * Provide insight and analysis based on reporting and tracking.
  • * Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks.
  • * Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • * Translate documentation from English to French as required.
  • **Collaboration & Culture**
  • * Work with key stakeholders to align with the company’s culture, mission, goals, and objectives.
  • * Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to align recruitment with organizational goals.
  • * Collaborate with the broader HR team on talent management initiatives.
  • * Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture.
