Pay: $18.13 / hour
Location: Spokane Valley, WA (Right off I-90)
Schedule: Consistent Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

What You’ll Do (Hands-On Cultivation):

• Plant Care: Support plant growth from vegetative stage through harvest by pruning and feeding.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, sanitized environment for optimal plant growth.
• Harvesting: Participate in the full harvest and post-harvest process.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hardworking, eager-to-learn individuals (no prior cannabis industry experience required).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Age: Must be 21+ years old (State I-502 regulatory requirement).
• Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift.
