- A valid Federal Aviation Administration Airframe & Powerplant certificate is required.
- At least 5 years of Airframe & Powerplant maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role, is required.

- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of Airframe & Powerplant mechanics and support staff to meet maintenance timelines and turnaround goals.
- Perform and oversee inspections, repairs, modifications, and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes, engines, and related systems in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Review and approve maintenance documentation, work orders, and logbook entries for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure all work complies with Federal Aviation Administration regulations, including FAR Parts 43, 91, and/or 145 as applicable, company policies, and original equipment manufacturer standards.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate technicians while fostering safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Manage parts inventory, tooling, and shop resources to support efficient operations.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, and customers to communicate status updates and resolve maintenance issues.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety briefings, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- A technical or aviation degree is preferred.
