  • 4+ years of Ad Tech and/or Ad Operations experience
  • Well-versed in Campaign Trafficking and Execution
  • Knowledge and experience working on advertising campaigns
  • A background in Advertising Systems and Tools
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience interacting with BPO vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Experience supporting multiple regions and timezones
Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with Quality and Efficiency Measurement Solutions
  • Maintain current training documentation
  • Manage day-to-day campaign issues or questions with outsourced vendors
  • Own initial escalations from cross-functional partners
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations Managers to document trafficking/setup
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to execute testing for product offering enhancements
  • Serve as internal Ad Operations point of contact to investigate campaign setup related to Ads Policy
  • Design, optimize, and support best-in-class operational solutions
