Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. MBA nice to have
  • 3+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience in associated domains
  • Direct experience or strong, demonstrated knowledge of Citrix, VDI, DaaS ecosystem and products
  • Experience with one or more of the following industry vendor solutions: Citix, Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, AWS Workspaces. Experience with VDI or RDP also useful
  • Experience with enterprise class customers
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, build and launch successful products
  • Demonstrated ability in navigating through industry groups, articulating customer point of views to influence industry standard benchmarks for End User Computing
  • Attention to detail in executing complex projects with cross-functional dependencies
  • Leadership DNA with high energy, proven ability to excite, influence, and lead cross-functional field-facing teams without formal authority
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with field, customers, and internal stakeholders including senior executives

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product roadmap, adoption and performance charters for Nutanix AOS used with Nutanix AHV for end user computing (VDI and Desktop as a Service (DaaS)) use cases including Citrix and more
  • Expand Nutanix AOS to be the best OS stack for VDI and DaaS use cases in both on-prem and public cloud installations, backing Nutanix's leadership position with appropriate performance benchmarks
  • Create, manage, and promote all product SKUs, bundles and pricing for our VDI per-user licensing model
  • Regular customer outreach, collection, and synthesis of customer feedback into prioritized requirements into crisp product requirements documentation
  • Work with other product groups within Nutanix to build product features and integrations that increase the overall value of the Nutanix EUC solution
  • Evaluate new & emerging technologies in the ecosystem and drive the Nutanix roadmap for relevant technologies in HCI used for end-user computing. This includes driving the expansion of Nutanix NC2/Clusters used for EUC use cases
  • Drive and influence industry groups, benchmark bodies and analyst groups by bringing customer advocacy & real-world proof points at the heart of all such discussions
  • Collaborate and evangelize with the entire EUC and AOS/AHV ecosystem within and outside the company
  • Own relevant market/competitive intelligence through ongoing research, analysis, benchmarking, and validation activities
  • Evaluate customer and market trends to optimize sizing and configuration guidelines
  • Track, manage, and report on KPIs on an ongoing basis
  • Author, build and maintain compelling internal and external facing collateral in organization with outbound teams
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to Nutanix field and partners
  • Display superior business judgment and strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
