  • Demonstrated track record of selling enterprise developer tools, ideally with a similar product-led sales motion, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Technical enough to communicate fluently with engineering leaders about the product’s features and benefits
  • Willing and excited to get their hands dirty as an IC (vs. hiring a team immediately)

Responsibilities
  • Be an early member of our business team and have an outsized impact on the Graphite’s future scale and growth
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of our enterprise sales function, including building our pipeline from the ground up and perfecting our pitches/collateral/targeting
  • Create scalable processes that others can follow, build strong cross-functional relationships & help to define a strong sales team culture
  • Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and build strong relationships over time to nurture prospects

Its main feature is the integration with GitHub, which allows users to manage their code reviews more efficiently. The platform includes a pull request inbox to help keep developers' notifications organized and a Git GUI with stacking to reduce merge conflicts. Additionally, Graphite offers a VS Code extension and tools to measure and improve productivity, making it easier for developers to focus on their work.
