  • Demonstrated track record of selling enterprise developer tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Technical enough to communicate fluently with engineering leaders about the product’s features and benefits
  • Willing and excited to get their hands dirty as an IC (vs. hiring a team immediately)
  • Organized, quantitative, and iterative - constantly tracks, measures, and improves upon their own processes
  • Scrappy and autonomous - solves problems independently and efficiently

Responsibilities
  • Be an early member of our business team and have an outsized impact on the Graphite’s future scale and growth
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of our enterprise sales function, including building our pipeline from the ground up and perfecting our pitches/collateral/targeting
  • Create scalable processes that others can follow, build strong cross-functional relationships & help to define a strong sales team culture
  • Provide exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and build strong relationships over time to nurture prospects

The platform utilizes technologies such as automating tedious parts of managing small, dependent changes and simplifying the stacking workflow, enabling engineers to visualize and rearrange their stacks, submit and update multiple pull requests in one command, and merge a whole stack with a single click.
