  • BA or BFA in copywriting or a related field
  • 4-6+ years experience in copywriting with a creative agency or client-side group
  • Hands-on expertise in developing creative solutions on websites

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Copy Lead and teams on conceptual ideation, content strategy, copywriting, and execution across digital creative briefs
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand Strategy, Digital Strategy, Content, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Development, SEO, Web Production, Events, and others to bring event-related storytelling to life on our digital experiences
  • Collaborate closely with designers and work in Figma to create innovative experiences
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge and maintain a keen understanding of different audience types to craft compelling copy that converts
  • Help establish and apply the Okta voice and tone across all work
  • Roll up your sleeves while bringing creative ideas to life; deliver and receive feedback
  • Apply systems thinking and understand user journeys and personas
  • Be a self-starter while working in a collaborative team environment with internal partners, freelancers, agencies, and production partners
  • Test and iterate when necessary, using analytics SEO considerations to inform strategies and recommendations
