Support the development and delivery of communication strategies aligned with company goals
Draft, edit, and proofread internal updates, press releases, memos, and presentations
Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments and external partners
Maintain and update messaging calendars, communication briefs, and style guides
Assist in organizing company events, announcements, and employee engagement initiatives
Track communication performance metrics and generate reports for leadership
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools (e.g., email platforms, CMS, project management tools)
