  • Approximately 5 years of agency or in-house experience as a CRM strategist

Responsibilities
  • Architecting brilliant communication strategies for new product launches, seamlessly integrating them with major ATL campaigns
  • Designing and building innovative CRM programmes (such as Welcome, In-Life, Cross-Sell, Win-Back) that cultivate customer loyalty, grow lifetime value and retain customers
  • Leveraging rich client data and insights to define sophisticated audience strategies that resonate on a personal level
  • Masterminding the channel strategy across 121 channels, including Email, DM, SMS, App, Web, and Connected Paid Media
  • Developing compelling messaging frameworks and personalisation plans that make every communication feel unique and relevant
