Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Five to eight years of experience in Change Management, Product Management, or User Experience Design.
  • A solid understanding of change processes at the individual and organizational levels.
  • The ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and influence others toward a common vision or goal.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, phases of the product development lifecycle, technology platforms, system integrations, application programming interfaces, and infrastructure concepts.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or an adjacent industry.
  • The ability to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions and adoption strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain documentation on changes and people, process, technology, and business impacts, as well as stakeholder action plans.
  • Identify stakeholders, degree of change, and high-level changes for each group; maintain stakeholder assessments and updated heat maps.
  • Provide detailed analysis, reporting, and directional, actionable commentary on stakeholder assessment data.
  • Plan, develop content for, coordinate logistics and invitations for, and execute regional engagement events.
  • Develop change management deliverables as needed.
  • Provide Change Network communications support and support facilitation of Change Network calls and meetings by documenting minutes and action items and driving progress.
  • Design templates and tools for evaluating program stakeholders.
  • Maintain the Change Network member database and identify opportunities, develop recommendations, and execute participation activities across stakeholder groups.
  • Study which change methods and adoption strategies are most effective across products, programs, and regions.
  • Develop readiness assessments; measure progress of stakeholder functional groups and regions; and analyze and monitor results over time.
  • Develop detailed reports by stakeholder group to inform progress and identify achievements and concerns supporting stakeholder readiness metrics.
  • Work with key stakeholders and communications teams to identify pulse metrics; develop methodologies to monitor and report on them; and implement tools and mechanisms to capture appropriate data.
  • Establish structured listening posts such as model hotels, owner councils, regional cohorts, advisory panels, or early adopters.
  • Support communications teams by providing or coordinating third-party metrics for email or mass communications efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engagement and communications partners to identify and schedule required communications outputs.
  • Partner with associates and resources across the organization to deliver required communications deliverables.
  • Establish timelines and schedules for communications development and finalization.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, empathy mapping, and usability-style sessions, to understand change needs and impacts and obtain product learnings during change periods.
  • Identify user pain points, friction areas, motivations, and behavioral patterns.
  • Create creative and engaging multimedia communications deliverables using tools such as PowerPoint, PowerPoint Animation, audio/video overlays and production, Camtasia, and Sketchbook Pro.
