  • Optimize and update content for SEO and user engagement
  • Devise and track digital brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to define growth and success metrics as it relates to the website
  • Collaborate with a dedicated cross functional website team on website priorities within an agile environment
  • Work closely with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless and user-friendly content experience
  • Write, build, and implement content entry needs
  • Provide feedback and guidance to content team members regarding website content needs, keyword research, and asset development
  • Stay abreast of SEO trends and best practices to continuously enhance the website content strategy
Desired Qualifications
  • Have at least 5 years experience standing up content hubs for enterprise brands and building governance workflows
  • Have experience managing content writers or freelancers
  • Know your way around ClickUp, our project management software
  • Have context for the trades and the contracting space
  • Understand the ins and outs of a quickly-scaling SaaS company
