- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience required
- Consulting firm/industry experience preferred
- 10-15+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on Operational Technology and/or Critical Infrastructure environments
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity competencies such as risk & compliance, security controls, threat hunting, incident response strategy, network firewalls, cloud security, application security, etc
- Experience designing, architecting, implementing any of the following technologies: ICS, SCADA, IIoT, PCN, PLC, RTU, DCS, SIS, MES, HMI, Historians, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR, etc
- Well-versed in compliance/risk/regulatory frameworks: NERC CIP, NIST, IEC, ISO, GDPR, TSA Gas, etc
- Confident in managing project teams and end-to-end solution delivery - requirements, strategy & roadmap, design, development, implementation, training, etc
- Effective verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel for client engagements (15-20% per year on average)
- Collaborate with an integrated team of Cybersecurity, E&U, and C&IP consultants, while leading projects, delivering solutions, and expanding OT/ICS and critical infrastructure cyber offerings
- Roadmap and develop robust InfoSec programs through the lens of cybersecurity resiliency for clients across Energy, Power/Utilities, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and/or Finance verticals
- Identify opportunities to implement cybersecurity controls that mitigate the chance of ransomware attacks or similar incidents
- Lead cybersecurity due diligence assessments, risk advisory, and compliance audits to identify weaknesses, recommend remediation opportunities, and implement solutions
- Translate business/technical requirements into project proposals, including detailed work plans, cost estimates, and strategies
- Coach, train, mentor, and develop teammates within the Cybersecurity Practice and/or consultants in other practices who focus on OT and/or critical infrastructure projects
- Assist sales efforts through leveraging your professional network and supporting initial scoping conversations to help drive BD pipeline
