Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, at a high-growth or subscription business. Experience in Fraud is preferred
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel/sheets
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand and articulate the “big picture"
  • Scrappiness - you'll have to build this team from the ground up, which will involve a lot of rolling up your sleeves and digging into the details yourself
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a team of Fraud associates and supervisors
  • Create the vision and OKRs for the team, prioritize initiatives and deliver results
  • Influence and engage across the company - partner with the product, engineering, and analytics teams to define goals and execute on strategic initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for improving performance and efficiency, training content, tools and technologies
  • Optimize through experimentation - Use data-driven decision-making and sound business judgment to run tests on everything that will drive down fraud while accelerating growth
