About the role
Chime is looking for someone who is curious to learn how security engineering teams work. You’ll assess and reduce risks by building tools and implementing controls that help to keep our member’s data and money safe. This is an exciting opportunity to learn while playing a role in a critical initiative at Chime. This role is structured as a 3 month engagement.

We take on ambitious projects that have a huge impact on our members and build a healthy security culture for our company. As a team we are encouraged to talk about the problems we are solving, the methods, and celebrate our accomplishments in public blogs and at conferences. If this resonates with the way you work, we’d love to hear from you.

To thrive in this role, you have
- Must be interest in cloud and infrastructure security
- Eager to evaluate open-source tools
- Familiarity with AWS and Terraform is extremely desirable
