Associate Director of Sales:
Compensation: $100,000 base, $200,000 OTE.

Your Work:
The Associate Director of Sales at Feathr is responsible for coaching and enabling a team of experienced Account Executives to hit and exceed their quotas while developing their skills as sales professionals. The Associate Director of Sales is responsible for managing forecast calls, leading weekly sales meetings and creating sales enablement materials for our Account Executives. This person will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding and training new team members.
The Associate Director of Sales is willing to roll up their sleeves and get hands-on helping Account Executives increase their win rate, deal velocity, and ASP. This includes joining sales calls, bringing executive presence, implementing sales techniques, and utilizing your sales expertise to help make a greater impact. The Associate Director of Sales will report to our VP of Sales.
Your Experience:
3+ years in B2B sales as a Manager (nonprofit tech preferred but not required)
5+ years in B2B sales as quota-carrying individual contributor in SaaS or Technology
Track record of high performance in previous positions
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information, skills, or techniques

Your Day:
Coach and enable individual Account Executives to hit and exceed their quotas while developing their skills as sales professionals
Reviewing Account Executives calls to improve their pitch, sales techniques and understanding of our product & digital marketing.
Meet with Sales Leadership Team to develop and deploy programs to improve the sales process and performance.
Joining sales calls alongside Account Executives to provide a leadership presence and closing support.
Embrace and communicate change management along with an ability to inspire and motivate team members
Compensation:
The total salary range for this position is $150,000-$200,000 dependent on experience and credentials.
In addition, you’ll receive health/dental/vision insurance, and other benefits like a professional development budget, office food, and social events, not to mention being a part of a supportive and motivated sales team.
Location:
Feathr is based in Gainesville, FL but this is a remote position with occasional trips to Gainesville as needed. If you aren’t familiar, Gainesville is a hip mid-sized city with a highly innovative population and an attainable standard of living.
Interview Process:
As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved. Additionally, each interview stage consists of standardized questions and rubrics with a scoring system to ensure a consistent and fair assessment practice of all candidates.
HR Information Screen - The Talent Acquisition Team will invite candidates that move forward to a 20-30 minute virtual interview. This conversation will be focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions the candidate has.
Work Assignment Part 1 + Panel Interview - Candidates will receive part 1 of their work assignment, followed by a 60-minute virtual interview with two to three key team members. During the interview, you will review Part 1 of your assignment and engage in a deeper discussion about the role, technical knowledge, and position requirements.
Work Assignment Part 2 + VP Interview - Candidates will receive a work assignment designed to reflect the tasks they can expect in the role. The assignment should take no more than two hours to complete, and candidates will have several days to work on it. Following submission, there will be a one-hour virtual interview with the VP of Sales to discuss the assignment, explore the role in more depth, and assess technical knowledge.
Offer - The Talent Acquisition Team will reach out with the details of the offer to discuss with the candidate.
This is also the opportunity for candidates to provide any additional information or context if there are concerns surrounding their background check. Feathr believes candidates that have made it to this point in the interview process are truly talented individuals, and so we are open to dialoguing background screens before turning away candidates that have consistently excelled through the interview process.
