Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in an HR Specialist/Generalist or equivalent role
  • Experience with HR Systems, HR Compliance and Immigration Process
  • Experience with Leave of Absence provisions and practices and Benefits Administration
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Exemplary organization and close attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Manage the administration of all benefit and retirement programs. Uphold and maintain a strong knowledge of benefit plan provisions, processes and related legal requirements
  • Drive awareness and educate employees on the benefits programs offered, manage vendor/broker relationship to resolve employees' benefits issues, and organize benefit-related events, including open enrollment, immigration round tables, and employee wellness events
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations and programs relevant to employee relations and employment practices
  • Assist in the administration of leaves of absence, immigration, and HR compliance
  • Key player in managing records in HRIS and GDrive
  • Oversee administration of the pre and post onboarding processes and tasks for new hires, as well as manage end-to-end voluntary and involuntary termination process
  • Assist in the administration of all leaves of absences and ensure adherence to all relevant federal/state/local laws
  • Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Review and Merit Cycle
