About the Role
Join our team as a Junior UI/UX Designer at OpenMesh, contributing to the design of decentralized applications (dApps) and UI products within the open data network. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of one of the world’s first large-scale open data clouds and analytics engines. Openmesh is a dedicated global initiative that brings together brilliant minds in the tech industry to create open data and open infrastructures that will be pivotal in shaping the next 10-20 years.
Responsibilities
- Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to conceptualize and create innovative user interfaces for decentralized applications and UI products within the Xnode ecosystem.
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to refine and optimize UI/UX designs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure the seamless integration of UI/UX designs.
- Visual Prototyping: Create visual prototypes and design specifications for implementation by development teams.
- Accessibility: Implement accessibility principles to ensure an inclusive and user-friendly experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
