Requirements
  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in positions of progressive experience in administrative or support roles in a multi-department organization
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with administrative work
  • Intermediate to Advanced Skills in MS Office 360; MS Teams; MS Word; PowerPoint; Microsoft Applications; Travel Management; Expense Management; Coupa Purchasing and additional platforms, as needed
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to take initiative and forecast business needs in advance
  • Follow through on commitments/org needs, follow up with customer service excellence and operational discipline to manage the office with robust planning and execution
  • Strong Communication Skills – both oral and written
  • Discretion and Confidentiality as this does support an HR organization
  • Growth Mindset and curiosity to improve work processes and participate in other key org projects, as needed
Responsibilities
  • Aid the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting and Vice President of IT within the Feminine Care department
  • Provide administrative, technical, and project management support
  • Build and maintain relationships crucial to the success of the executive and the organization
  • Represent the Company and the Executive’s office to the organization as well as external visitors
  • Coordinate travel and global business meetings
  • Work with other executive assistants to orchestrate meetings
  • Exercise discretion when handling critical information
