  • Drive projects independently, make product decisions during execution, prototype to validate ideas, and involve partners when needed.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers on scoping and trade-offs.
  • Use artificial intelligence coding tools and help improve how the team uses them.
Desired Qualifications
  • The candidate has shipped agentic or large language model-powered features in a production product.

  • The candidate has experience with NoSQL databases or caching layers such as Redis or DynamoDB.
  • The candidate is familiar with message queues, background jobs, or event-driven architectures.
  • The candidate has exposure to Amazon Web Services, Docker, and modern observability stacks involving logs, metrics, and traces.
  • The candidate has experience with TypeScript on the backend using NestJS, Express, or similar frameworks, and object-relational mappers such as Prisma or TypeORM.
  • The candidate has experience with Go, particularly for performance-sensitive services or backend tooling.
