Requirements
  • Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Applied Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related quantitative occupation conducting project planning and analysis within the financial services industry
  • Two (2) years of experience must include: Assessing software development life cycle, and using scrum and agile methodology to handle technical testing for digital platform enhancements
  • Using JIRA to review project management and facilitate workflow
  • Utilizing SQL and Python to perform data analysis and effectively communicate quantitative-backed insights at senior management level
  • Using data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView to create summary dashboard to facilitate business decision making and provide analytical insights
  • Creating process flows, database diagrams, and risk and control roadmap using Microsoft Visio
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with technology partners to enhance the Voice of Client (VOC) process and platform
  • Closely collaborate with the technology team on maintenance and new enhancement items on the VOC portals (i.e. designing specifications, providing detailed logic, and testing)
  • Provide support for the generation of the quarterly service tracker reports
  • Coordinate with different business groups to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback to conduct more reliable and efficient VOC survey and reporting portals
  • Work with other team members to prepare data and quantitative analysis of the VOC results
  • Support the team using data to provide strategic recommendations
  • Assist with reviewing annual reports and entitlement logic testing
  • Provide analytical support for VOC data, including analyzing data for insights and recommendations
  • Assess the risk matters in VOC process and implement controls to strengthen risk management framework, and ensure day-to-day operations align with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct client feedback survey program(s) from end to end including questionnaire design, respondent selection for pre-fielding, data set up for fielding, reporting and analysis
  • Support the setup of new data feeds and new automation processes
  • Collaborate with business groups to collect data and provide insights
  • Act as business liaison to understand data or process needs and address any requests or issues
  • Coordinate and prepare client list to ensure the data integrity and successful launch
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects that drive insights and actions within the business
