Cambridge Dental Group – Dearborn Heights, Michigan
Full-Time | Permanent Role with Full Benefits

Schedule: 3-4 days per week, flexible. 2 Saturdays per month REQUIRED

Cambridge Dental Group is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Hygiene Assistant to join our established and patient-focused team in Dearborn Heights, MI. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys working alongside skilled hygienists, and is committed to providing excellent patient care. If you have experience supporting a dual-column hygiene schedule and are ready to be part of a dedicated dental team, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (experience with hygiene assisting preferred)
   
• Current Michigan Radiology Certificate or RDA License
   
• Ability to multitask and efficiently support dual column hygienists
   
• Professional and friendly chairside manner
   
• Strong communication and organizational skills
   

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience with Open Dental software
   
• Familiarity with iTero or other intraoral scanning systems
   
• Previous work in a high-volume general or hygiene-focused practice
