Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Work on the Pensions Helpdesk and provide first-point-of-contact help and support to members.
  • Assist the Pensions team in providing customers with the information they need.
  • Help the team meet its service-level agreement with scheme employers.
  • Assist in providing a proactive, efficient and effective pensions service.
  • Create and maintain accurate records.
